Welcome to PeaceJam Northeast. The mission of the PeaceJam Foundation is to create young leaders committed to positive change in themselves, their communities and the world through the inspiration of Nobel Peace Laureates who pass on the spirit, skills and wisdom they embody.
We believe that the inspiration of Nobel Peace Laureates, combined with the education and action components of PeaceJam education programs serve as a catalyst for a new generation of young leaders to commit to personal change, and being a force for change in their communities and the world.
Since 2006, PeaceJam Northeast programs and youth conferences have touched the lives of over 2,000 young people in over 100 urban, suburban, and rural locations in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont, who have joined over half a million others in a 16-year old international youth peace movement.
